AI Automation

Your team spends 40% of the month on work that should take minutes.

Bank statement classification. Document retrieval. Monthly reports. These are the workflows bleeding your margins. I build AI systems that eliminate them. One-time setup, with optional ongoing retainer.

Products

Three systems. Each one pays for itself.

Every product starts as a one-time build, customized to your firm’s workflows and data. Need ongoing tuning, new reports, or additional automation after launch? Optional monthly retainer available.

Process

How It Works

From first call to working system in under two weeks.

Track Record

Automation that runs in production, not just in demos.

Before building for accounting firms, I spent years automating financial workflows at scale. The same patterns apply: messy data in, clean decisions out.

Top-4 US Bank

Automated Loan Decisioning

Built ML-driven credit decisioning systems processing thousands of small business loan applications. Automated underwriting workflows that previously required manual review, cutting decision time from 5 days to under 3 minutes.

Series A Startups

AI-Augmented Analytics Systems

Designed experimentation frameworks and analytics infrastructure for companies with millions of users. Built retention models, pricing experiments, and automated reporting pipelines that replaced weeks of manual analyst work.

Small Business Lending

Document Processing Automation

Automated extraction and classification of financial documents (bank statements, tax returns, P&Ls) for loan underwriting. The same document ingestion patterns now power the accounting tools above.

Who Built This

Production AI engineering, applied to accounting.

I build AI systems that work on real data, not demos that fall apart in production. These tools were designed around actual accounting workflows: messy bank statements, inconsistent chart of accounts, vendor descriptions that don’t match anything.

The same engineering discipline behind analytics systems serving millions of users, applied to the workflows your firm runs every day.

Common Questions

Before you ask

“What about data security and client confidentiality?”

Your data is used only during the build. Nothing is retained after delivery. The AI APIs I use contractually prohibit training on your data. Every engagement includes a data handling agreement scoped to your firm’s requirements. I can work with anonymized sample data during the build phase if you prefer.

“What if the AI makes classification errors?”

It will, at first. That’s why every system ships with a human review layer. The AI classifies transactions and flags anything it’s uncertain about for your team to confirm. After tuning to your specific chart of accounts, classification accuracy reaches 99%. The goal is not to remove your team from the process. It’s to eliminate the 80% of work that doesn’t require judgment.

“Does this integrate with QuickBooks, Xero, or our existing software?”

Yes. The bookkeeping tool exports directly to QuickBooks-ready CSV format. For Xero or other platforms, I customize the export format to match your import requirements. These tools work alongside your existing stack, not as a replacement.

“Why not just use ChatGPT ourselves?”

You could. But dragging 500 bank statement rows into ChatGPT, managing context windows, mapping to your chart of accounts, and reformatting the output for QuickBooks takes longer than doing it manually. What I build is a production pipeline: drop a CSV in, get a classified ledger out. No prompting, no copy-pasting, no manual cleanup. The system remembers your firm’s rules and applies them automatically, every time.

15 minutes. See if it fits.

Tell me which workflow is eating the most time. I’ll tell you if automation makes sense and what it would cost. No pressure, no pitch deck.
